IconLab is a simple icon editor that manages to unite in one space all the options needed to create and edit all the icons you want. It is incredible the amount of resources on offer (brush, pencil, colour palette, geometric shapes, graphic efects like shading, bluring, etc).
Other additional functions that complete this great IconLab are screenshots and importing images in any usual graphic format. This way, you can create your icon from scratch, or using an already created one as a base.
